He has led transformative initiatives across multiple industries, including energy, space, and technology, and is actively involved in over ten companies focused on energy, space exploration, and software innovation, having delivered significant value to major corporations such as PepsiCo and Grupo Modelo.

Alden Fuchs, CTO of Space Ocean Corp, is an expert in systems engineering with over 20 years of experience in innovative hardware and software solutions, particularly in satellite communications and advanced technologies like cognitive radios and AI. His leadership in managing complex projects and teams across multiple countries has led to significant advancements in product development and strategic business initiatives in the space industry.

John W. Kovalsky, is the President of Space Ocean Corp., where he leads the company’s strategic initiatives and operations, focusing on advancing mission development in space exploration. With a distinguished career in the U.S. Navy, he brings extensive expertise in unmanned systems, logistics, and high-level coordination across global military operations, having led projects in the Middle East, Afghanistan, and the Pacific.

Roxanne Khazarian, has extensive experience as Counsel and executive advisor, specializing in M&A, finance, global compliance, and business development for both private and public companies across diverse industries such as commodities, manufacturing, retail, and entertainment. Her expertise spans legal strategy, governance, international transactions, and supply chain management, with a focus on driving growth and navigating complex regulatory environments.

Gabe Tanenhaus, Chief Content Officer at Space Ocean Corp, brings over two decades of media innovation, having shaped content creation and distribution for giants like HBO and MTV, and navigated the digital shift with platforms like Hulu and YouTube. His leadership in building media operations in extreme weather conditions and underwater environments from scratch and his strategic vision in assembling a specialized production team at Space Ocean Corp position him to redefine media standards with the integration of advanced space technologies.

Tri Caodo, Sr Principal Systems Engineer [MBSE}/Consultant for various US Air Force, Army and Navy ACAT I programs augmented with 25+ years of aerospace industry experience. Demonstrated experience in acquisition, test & evaluation, and system engineering of space and aircraft systems. Possess extensive experience in developing models and methods to manage complex systems. In the past, also served as a Board Member of the NSS (National Space Society).

Cliff Silver, is an accomplished CFO with over 20 years of financial leadership experience, including a prominent tenure at RCA Records, where he oversaw financial strategy, operations, and corporate growth. At Space Ocean Corp., he brings his extensive expertise in managing complex financial operations and driving profitability to support the company's innovative initiatives in satellite manufacturing and water transport logistics.

Pete Freeland, has over 35 years of experience in aviation and aerospace as both a designer and operator, with a broad proficiency in the design, integration, and test of human-rated spacecraft, research vehicles, and both commercial & military satellite programs from concept to on-orbit operations. His background also encompasses piloting of military jets coupled with flight tests and certification of advanced aircraft systems.

Michael Huber, Chief Innovation Officer at Space Ocean Corp, leverages over twenty years of intelligence analysis experience, focusing on WMD, counterterrorism, and regional military operations, to drive innovation. His background includes high-level analytical roles within U.S. defense and intelligence communities, providing him with a unique perspective on strategic innovation, particularly relevant for advancing satellite logistics in water transport.

Dr. Don Platt, is a seasoned aerospace expert with extensive experience in space systems, satellite design, rocket propulsion, and deep space exploration. With a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, he has contributed to numerous projects across both academia and industry, including his role as Director of the Spaceport Education Center at Florida Tech and his leadership at Micro Aerospace Solutions, which specializes in small satellite technologies.
